Order Cancellation and Refund
You can cancel your order and request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders canceled during this period will be refunded without any deductions. -
Product Returns
Product returns are accepted in the following cases:- If the product is defective : If there is a defect in your product that is noticed during production or use, a 100% refund can be made.
- If the product is not as shown in the photos : If the product does not match the photos and descriptions on our website, you can apply for a return.

If you do not like it : Returns are available provided you cover the $10 customs tax and shipping costs.
For returns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once your return is approved, you will be informed of the next steps.
